Summary : Causeview is looking for a talented individual who likes people and problem solving. You enjoy helping people and getting to the guts of an issue. You will be responsible for helping clients keep their mission critical Fundraising systems running smoothly. Combining software support, business analysis, and account management responsibilities. This position is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a growing company, fulfill a desire to create ever-greater value for customers, and help Causeview keep customers for life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage new and existing customers on training & adoption
  • Communicate, track and resolve cases for customers
  • Conduct regular customer health reviews
  • Assist customers to follow best practices around CRM & Fundraising

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Ability to interact directly with customers at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
  • Experience in Salesforce, CRM or Donation Management application is an asset
  • Experience in the non-profit industry is an asset
