Summary: You will be our product owner at a pivotal point in our evolution. You are a technophile who can communicate with devs and business folks. You can distinguish between fads and trends. You will own the roadmap and steer the product with thought leadership and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full product release end to end from requirements to release date
  • Lead customer circles to gather feedback on new and existing features
  • Stay abreast and understand impacts of 3rd party platforms
  • Understand changes and impacts on payment processing and NPOs
  • Educate team on new features
  • Support development of prototypes and testing
  • Assist in the development of training and marketing
  • Review open bugs and prioritize within backlog

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a Product Management role
  • University degree in Computer Sciences
  • Salesforce certification is an asset
  • Experience with the payment processing industry is an asset
  • Experience with CRM or Donor Management software is an asset

Quality Assurance Tester

Description
Our team here at Causeview is looking for talented and resourceful individuals who are passionate about testing, finding bugs, and helping produce top quality software. As we grow our Quality Assurance Team, our testers will be involved in triaging customer support issues, become a Causeview product expert, and ensure that our rapidly growing products maintain a high standard of quality.

The work you do will have a direct impact on the experience our users will have with our software.

Responsibilities

  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical design documents
  • Defining and executing the QA test plan for features within product releases
  • Identify, record, thoroughly document and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Assist our team in the reproduction and resolution of defects
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, test strategies, and test automation
    Improve and aid in the maintenance of automated testing solutions

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Keen eye for software quality with ability to hunt for bugs and investigate problems in order to determine root causes
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Solid knowledge of SQL (or any RDB) and scripting
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment with tight deadlines
  • Understanding of SDLC and knowledge/experience working in software development
  • Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
  • Experience with performance, stress, load and/or security testing is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or a Donation Management application is a plus

Business Development Representative

Description
Our team here at Causeview is looking for talented and resourceful individuals who are passionate about prospecting and introducing our products to new customers. As we grow our Sales Team, our Business Development Reps (BDRs) will be involved in targeting specific prospects, to help qualify them and initiate our sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Engage new leads in the assigned market segment
  • Manage sales-cycle to promote leads to opportunities and wins
  • Qualify leads and opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Accurately track contact activity in Salesforce.com
  • Work with the Causeview Community team to establish strong lead qualification criteria
  • for the assigned market segment
  • Work with and manage to a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Passion for technology sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or a Donation Management application is a plus
