What to expect in Causeview’s next release on November 9th, 2016!

Coming November 9th, we’re upgrading Causeview to include a host of new and improved features for your nonprofit, from new fundraising metrics to improved donor and donation management!

In every Causeview release, we take efforts to add functionality that helps your organization’s growth through revenue and supporter relationships, simplicity of daily tasks and operations, and trust in your CRM data.

Here are some of the highlights in this month’s release:

Growth

  • When a recurring gift payment is declined, you can now recover the donation with just a few clicks. For example, when a monthly donation fails because of an expired credit card, you can easily re-process the payment once the card details have been updated! (This is available exclusively for organizations using iATS Payments.)

Simplicity

  • Causeview is making it easier than ever to prepare for donor meetings and understand your supporters at a glance! With just a single click from the Donor Profile, you can now download and print a clear & concise summary of the donor and their engagement with your cause.
  • Data can be complicated, but understanding it shouldn’t be. With that in mind, we’re unveiling Causeview Metrics, where you can see intuitive, pre-built charts & dashboards to put your recurring gift fundraising performance into perspective.

Trust

  • To help ensure the accuracy of all data in Causeview, all Contact Rollup Fields have been reviewed so that you can remain confident in the information displayed.
