You will be our product owner at a pivotal point in our evolution. You are a technophile who can communicate with devs and business folks. You can distinguish between fads and trends. You will own the roadmap and steer the product with thought leadership and customer feedback. You can balance the needs of stability and forward-thinking. This position is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to take the next step in their career as a Product Manager.
Own full product release end to end from requirements to release date
Lead customer circles to gather feedback on new and existing features
Stay abreast and understand impacts of 3rd party platforms
Understand changes and impacts on payment processing and NPOs
Educate team on new features
Support development of prototypes and testing
Assist in the development of training and marketing
Review open bugs and prioritize within backlog
5-8 years of experience in a Product Management role
University degree in Computer Sciences
Salesforce certification is an asset
Experience with the payment processing industry is an asset
Experience with CRM or Donor Management software is an asset
